Very easy to make and turned out pretty good. I didn't do the egg wash so they don't look as good as they could've. I'm new to freshly milled flour and used a combination of mostly spelt with a little khorasasn. It needed significantly more flour than the 4 c the recipe notates. Not sure what that's about or if it's supposed to be a super sticky dough? I kept adding flour so I could actually work with it and roll it out. Nevertheless they ended up ok.
