Delish! It was so good I forgot about the pic until we had eaten half of it 😆 Substitutions I made: 70% Kamut & 30% Hard White (Clark’s Cream variety) Coconut Oil instead of Avocado 1TBS Maple Syrup for the brown sugar Toasted walnuts instead of the chocolate chips I found it perfect, BF wanted a bit sweeter taste so he drizzled his with honey. He loved it that way. Had some flour left over, so I ground a cup of organic hard white. Mixed it all up and made the basic muffin recipe (from one of Generation Acres books), did the blueberry add ins and they were delicious too!
