I didn’t have any cumin, so I replaced it with a half a teaspoon of organic ground coriander and a half a teaspoon of the organic garam masala. I didn’t have any vegetable broth and so I used the chicken bouillon instead with organic chicken bone broth. I omitted the corn because I didn’t have any. I’m going to add the shredded cheese and try it with some avocado smash and cottage cheese as toppers.
