We haven’t stepped into milling our own flour yet. What adjustments would I need to make for unbleached all purpose flour from Azure?

Totally! There are many here who use regular flour from the store. Searching "converting" and my article on how to convert recipes to use regular flour will pop right up :)

Any substitute for buttermilk by chance?

You can make your own buttermilk with milk + an acid like white vinegar or lemon juice. Or you can make buttermilk with non-dairy milk + an acid. I never keep buttermilk on hand, so I use the milk + acid method :)

I had the cinnamon mixture already prepped so throwing this together in the morning was super easy. Another crowd pleaser!

This was so yummy. I took Melissa's suggestion and used Kamut. It was so yummy and a nice birthday surprise for my daughter! The cinnamon swirl did well for the first 2, but then was too thick to squeeze out. Is there a trick to this?

Great to hear! No trick, maybe just make your cinmamon swirl batter thinner next time!
