Super easy and delicious. I didn't have bananas so I used 1 cup of white beans instead. :) I've been experimenting with subbing them in things to up my fiber. I added 1/4 cup allulose (something I've never used before but heard it's good for the gut!) and the taste of the brownies was good to me! I don't like things overly sweet so I don't know if anyone else would like them. Lol. But I will definitely revisit this recipe!
