What grain brand do you use? Also do you use a combination of different grains to create bread flour vs all purpose flour? If yes can you share the grains and portions of each grain you use to make each version of flour?

And no, I don't fuss with bread flour vs. all purpose flour. I just use the proper grain depending on what I'm making. All that info is in each recipe :)
