This is really tasty. Feels like a treat. I substituted for gluten free flour so my whole family could enjoy it. I think I’ll use less powdered sugar drizzle next time. But I’m thinking it would be tasty on top of plain Greek yogurt for breakfast as well. Will try that too!

Sweet and yummy, but I feel this may be better drizzled with almond butter instead of powdered sugar. Just my opinion for those who get an insulin spike with oats :) always good to have a protein. Also great topped with fresh berries!
