This may be a silly question, but can you use the bread maker to make this dough rather than a mixer?

For sure you can! I do it all the time. My bread machine mixes doughs beautifully!

These rolls are delicious! I substituted spinach for basil, and they went well with a crock pot roast and mashed sweet potatoes. At first I was confused with the metric ingredients for the pesto, especially the basil and parm chees. After a time I just decided to go with 3 ounces of spinach and 1/2 cup of Parm cheese. Thank you Thank you!!!
