Yes. I used it the next day just fine. I think it was day 4 that some of it hardened but I just warmed it some and it was perfect.

Thanks that’s helpful. maybe it didnt work for me because i like iced coffee. Maybe ill try it again one day in hot coffee.

I made this last night and liked the idea, but after being in the fridge overnight the white chocolate hardened a bit and separated. Shaking didnt resolve that completely, of course, so it didn't have the right flavor or texture. Ended up tossing.
