This turned out well! I would next time add more zest for more lemon flavour as it was pretty subtle.

Whipped this recipe up super quick before dinner tonight It was so easy to come together and came out perfectly! I swapped the milk for Greek yogurt. The bread is super moist and my kids loved it!!
