Do you think these would work with the gluten free flour ? Or no because of the yeast?

I can't say for sure because of the yeast - and I've never personally tried it. I know most of our non-yeasted recipes do great with gfree flour though!

The best pretzel buns I've ever made! The recipe was easy to follow and the buns tasted like I got them from a restaurant! I definitely would have gotten a Paul Hollywood handshake on these. *chef's kiss!*
