Delicious! Super easy crock pot dinner. I made it with the cilantro lime sauce and without. My husband prefers without but it was still good. This recipe, especially with homemade tortillas, is insanely good.

This was so good! I did add some avocado to the sauce and put it in the blender. It ended up a bit thick because of that so added a splash of water to get it to drizzle. We devoured it! This will be in our regular rotation!
