These are SO good I love them!! My fiancée and father-in-law are obsessed 😂 Question - my dough was SOOOO incredibly sticky, like I couldn’t pick it up and it somewhat keep its form. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it? I’d rather them not be looking like a disaster 🤣 as you can see in the picture, they’re shaped awful. Any tips on it would be great!! Thanks so much!

I did!! But I don’t have a food processor (desperately need one lol) so I grated it by hand. Would this have made it sticky?

I don't think so, unless the butter got to room temp because of the longer grating time. Is your flour milled nice and fine?

I did use all-purpose flour instead of freshly milled. I’m thinking maybe that’s it then? Can you use all-purpose, and maybe I just needed some more?

Yep that's exactly the problem, you need to use more flour when converting from fresh milled to all purpose. Search "converting" and my article about how to convert all my recipes will pop up :)

Can you freeze these after they've baked and cooled? If so, how do you recommend doing that?

I haven't tried that but I think it would work. I would wrap in parchment and into ziplock bags

Yummy! Tastes similar to pie crust. 6 small hands helped with the rolling, shaping, and crimping and they still held up and baked well! Some we folded over more like hand pies

Absolutely delicious, I used my homemade peach jam and just vanilla icing, but these are going quickly and they already asked for more.

How do you store these? Refrigerate or not? I made some today and they are delicious!! I had blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries that needed to be eat and made jam from them to use. They are perfection!! And easy enough that my 6 year old helped!
