Could you sub maple syrup for the coconut sugar? I’m thinking less sugar crash that way.

So moist and delicious! The best protein muffins I’ve made and my daughter loves them too!! I made mini muffins and used 1/2 Equip Protein and 1/2 vanilla whey/collagen blend. We will make these again and again!!

If I want to replace eggs with something else… what do you recommend? Would applesauce work and then how do I determine how much? Thx

For baked goods, I like doing 1 Tbls of ground flaxseed, 3 Tbls of water for 1 egg. Let sit for 5-10 mins to become more gelatinous.
