I haven't tried freezing them but I don't see why you couldn't. They should be good for 5-7 days sealed

I dont supply the nutrition info because it has to be generated and entered manually. But feel free to add the ingredients to a nutrition calculator of your choice :)

This is such a fun recipe to make with the kids! These crackers are tasty and crisp! I used fresh milled einkorn flour and used less water (I eyeballed as I poured and mixed and poured until the dough formed a manageable ball). Yet another hit in our household!
