I'm not a cottage cheese fan, even with its great protein benefits. That being said these are delicious!! My 12yo made this for breakfast and it was a hit!

So I have never made freshly milled flour and I don't think it's realistic for me! Most of your recipes seem to require this. I'm wondering if ordinary store bought flour works? Or what you'd recommend in lieu of freshly milled?

Hi! That's a great question - using my recipes with store bought flour is totally possible! I have an article written on how to convert my recipes (it's super simple!) search "converting" in the app and it will pop right up!

Glad you love them! I don't know, but you can put it into a calculator to find out :)

Wow! New favorite comfort food breakfast. We wouldn’t change a thing. I used the daisy brand of cottage cheese and the texture did not bug any of us, including one of us that does not eat cottage cheese. :)

This tastes yummy! I doubled mine. I used an immersion blender for the cottage cheese and eggs part. The consistency is kind of like a thick pancake. We will for sure make it again!

It was very good flavor wise. I think next time I'll puree the cottage cheese because throughout the bake were chunks of cottage cheese. Made for a weird texture.

This recipe is so easy! I made it with raw honey and it's perfectly sweetened! I found that after 32 minutes it was firm so I took it out. 5 minutes later I just had to cut into it....cuz you know 🤣 and I felt it was too soft inside yet so I put it back in for another 5 minutes. We will see once it cools more but hopefully it ok. It tastes good either way! I think I will try with apple too.
