The flavors in this sheet pan meal keep you coming back for more. The dressing brightens the dish with subtle hints of lemon and the flavor bombs from the olives, garlic, and feta bring it all together. I made this last night for dinner and it was a hit! I served it with wedges of pita and a bit of wild grain rice.

I made this for dinner last week. I eat gluten and dairy free, so it was nice to be able to make something for my family that I could eat too! It was delicious.
