Step 1
Whisk egg and milk together in a medium sized bowl. Add starter, flour, butter, salt and baking powder and mix with a dough whisk or hands until a soft dough forms. Add more flour if needed, to create a soft but workable dough (the strength of your sourdough starter will affect whether it takes on a liquid component or a flour component).
