Can we use just one type of organic peanut butter if that is what we have? Does it just change the taste from using the cashew and almond butter? I need to add these two back into my pantry. lol.

You can, but it will definitely change the taste. Almond and cashew butter is much more neutral in flavor

If I wanted to switch out the butters listed can I just use regular? (We have a nut allergy in our house.) thank you.

Do you mean regular butter? You can swap to a different but butter if that's what you mean

I do mean regular butter. We can’t use Nuts at all because of the cross contamination
