I do, yes. But Ii only use certain brands that are very clean and have minimal ingredients. But everyone needs to do whats best for their family.

We do! I use naked brand and put it in pancakes, oatmeal, smoothies. Nothing wrong with a little extra protein. As long as they are getting other nutrients as well! Interested in what Kristen says.
