In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the flour, protein powder, egg, warm milk, and honey. Let rest for 25 minutes, then add oil, yeast, and salt. Knead for 8-12 minutes. The dough will be a bit sticky, but try not to add anymore flour. This is a wetter dough.

I would say you could bake and refrigerate, then warm it up and add the glaze the morning of
