Hi Everyone! I'm new here. 🙋♀️ I'm looking to replace my baking sheets and muffins trays. And now, a pan to make these! Can anyone recommend a non-toxic brand that they love?

Welcome! I'm so glad to have you here! I always try to go for stainless steel whenever possible! Those are non-toxic. The pan for the pancake bites is cast iron, so that is also non toxic.

I have a abelskiver pan, with only 7 cavities - does yours have more? About how long does it take to cook the whole batter? And there's only 2 of us. Does this batter keep in the fridge?

Yes mine has 14 cavities. I haven't kept the batter in the fridge so I'm not too sure

I could I make these into mini muffins since I don’t have the pan mentioned or would mini pancakes on a griddle be a better alternative?

Could this be substituted with almond flour?

I think you would need to make more adjustments. I think a gfree 1:1 flour would be better

Is the maple syrup supposed to be in the batter or for topping afterwards?
