Is there a way this can be done with breast meat instead of thighs?

For sure! Just cut the breast down to make them smaller so they bake evenly and quickly. Or adjust your baking time.

This was delicious! I made it without the cranberries but kept everything else the same. It was a different flavor palette than my southern family was used to but was definitely a hit!
