Would it be ok to use Einkorn for this recipe? I just started milling my own flour, but it seems like I haven’t found a way to get the recipes to come out exactly how they should. Wondering if using Einkorn instead matters that much.

Yeasted breads are where einkorn gets tricky, but I do have an einkorn sandwich bread recipe in here
