I have a question. So when I measure my grain out into grams, but then measure it in cups after ground, it does not equal the same ratio difference as the instructions. Trying to figure out if my scale is inaccurate or if this happens to others as well? For instance, this recipe calling for 600 g of soft white wheat which is supposed to equal 5 cups. Mine is making 6 cups.

I think it depends a lot on how fine it's being milled, the type of grain etc. Measuring grams is the best way to get an accurate measurement though.
