This roasted chicken is a staple in our home. It is such a simple meal and pairs beautifully with pan fried potatoes and veggies on the side. I love to get our chicken from a local farm down the road. If you have never tried pasture raised, local chicken I urge you to try it. The chicken is so flavorful and very tender. Just amazing.
