This is a good one!! I will use less salt next time. Maybe because I used peanut butter I increased the salt content. But nothing a bit more maple syrup can’t fix!!

Two minutes later…kids aren’t liking it because it really is pretty salty. I keep adding more maple syrup but it’s not helping. I even double checked that I used two TEAspoons not TABLEspoons.

Oh no! Definitely could be the salty peanut butter or did you use salted chickpeas?

Are you sure it’s 2 tsp?? I just saw a similar recipe and they had a pinch of salt. I want to make it again but maybe I start with a pinch. 🤣

No, I made sure the chickpeas were not salted and that they were rinsed.

Easy & delicious! Next time I will add a bit more peanut butter & a little less salt, but overall solid recipe and a good, quick snack!
