I think I could have let them cook a little longer! I moved them closer to each other after baking. They are the first and BEST breadsticks I've had since gluten. Thank you for this gluten free recipe! I'm so excited to have bread sticks again! So chewy!

If using regular fresh milled flour, would the measurement be the same?

I developed this recipe specifically for my gluten free blend, so I don't know how it would react. I'll share my bread stick recipe for wheat flour!
