This was so delicious and the flavor profile was spot on. The sauce proportion was just enough to coat the chicken and provide a bit of a drizzle over the rice. I added chili onion crunch because that I had, and used fresh ginger. I chopped up a bunch of cilantro and scallions to top with. YUM!
