This soup was a HUGE hit at my house. My kids are very picky eaters and they LOVED it! Everyone went for seconds (or thirds 🤭)! This will definitely be a repeat meal at my house!! So so good!!

Does the whole chicken breast go in at the beginning and then do you remove it to shred it after it has cooked the full 8 hours?

I like to add spinach to most of my soups, but not everyone likes it. I just add a cup or two of chopped spinach and stir in at the very end.
