Might be a silly question..our family loves corn dogs but finding any without ingredients we don't care for is very difficult. How could I alter this to make it taste similar to a corn dog without batter and frying? Or do I just make a batter and fry and move on 😁

Ooooo, what a good idea! I wonder if using corn flour would give a similar taste. I imagine the texture will be different without the batter/frying, but might be worth it the trade off. I might experiment too!
