This is fantastic! I had tried mayo before in a food processor with watery results and the immersion blender and this exact recipe made the best mayo! Thank you, thank you. It came together so quick there is not reason to by store bought with the bad seed oils in it. Win, win!

Are you using an immersion blender? You need to start at the bottom and work your way up with the bledner - otherwise it will "break" and get runny
