I haven't tried this recipe with anything else, but I'm thinking coconut flour would likely work

I'm curious to know what type of protein powder you use and if you have any that you use in snacks for your kids?

Hi! Yes I use and love equip protein. We also use and love flavcity protein powders. Both are amazing options with super clean ingredients. And I have no problems with giving them to my kiddos 🫶🏼I hope that helps!
