Great recipe! It is a little denser than used to but that’s true with all fresh milled baked goods. Will definitely make again! Trying tomorrow with my mini pans to see if it’ll hold up to sell at my farm stand.

No it’s not a mistake - it’s 1 cup + 2tbsp and that’s the best way to list it in the ingredients since you can’t have two measurements on one line :)
