These are delicious! Consistency of the batter made a difference in the crisp of the bowls. Thicker batter bowls didn’t crisp up but the thinner ones did. Will make over and over again

I couldn't get mine to harden after putting in a bowl for shaping. They are more like a crepe. Could you please advise on my error?

Make sure they are thinner, not thick. That should help
