First time making the honey graham crackers. Whipped the honey; added butter and “beat until fluffy, about 2 - 3 minutes”. It’s nut looking too “fluffy” Suggestions???

Yes, I moved forward…..determined to make graham crackers 😂 I added more milled wheat. Continued to follow the recipe. Probably made them a little “dry”, but still so much healthier than the store bought crackers.

Have you experimented with less sweetener? I’m curious if I did less if I’d have to up a liquid ingredient

ziplock or glass container, sealed. We eat them quickly in our house - but should last 5-7 days I would guess
