Thank you for this video! I have this mill but never knew how to clean it like you showed! Do we always want the finest flour we can get for all of the recipes? And is it the same for all grains… I’m thinking about kamut and the ancient grains… do we just grind them all as finely as possible?

So glad the video is helpful! I personally always grind them as finely as possible because I do not like the larger bran particles in my breads and baked goods. The only time I will grind a bit more coarse is for cornmeal or cream of wheat
