You can find my favorite mixer linked in the "favorites + links" section at the top of the app. I love the ankarsrum because it's really versatile and super good with breads. It also has a large capacity

You bake it, then freeze it? Do you use plastic wrap or containers? Do you warm up bread loaves or muffins in a certain way, like thaw out then back in the oven?

Yes I freeze it all in ziplock bags. I don't warm anything up, just let it thaw on the counter and you will never know it was frozen .

I actually converted my 5 loaf into a better 4 loaf recipe. Let me see if that's in here or not - if it isn't, i'll add it!

A time lapse video would be amazingly helpful. I can barely organize enough to make 1 loaf of bread. It would be fascinating to see how you do this 😊

You mention your Bosch mixer here but I know you also use your Ank a lot too. Do you find the Bosch lends itself better to bulk baking day? I hear that it gets dough ti windowpane faster but I’ve only got experience with the Ank.

Hey! I don't use my bosch anymore at all. I much prefer my ank for bulk baking days, and everything in between! This video was filmed before I upgraded to my ank
